DistributeAI — vesting at TGE

DistributeAI is an AI-infrastructure platform that used Magna to run both an airdrop (see the Airdrops case study) and investor and team vesting for its $DIS token generation event on Solana. Building this in-house “would have diverted precious dev hours away from our core AI product.” For vesting, Magna provided:
  • Audited, cancelable on-chain vesting contracts
  • Seamless migration from legacy spreadsheets, with automated vesting calculations replacing manual processes
  • Squads multisig integration for secure allocation approvals
The result was a TGE launched on schedule with “zero dev overhead” and hundreds of engineering hours reclaimed for their core product.
