If your allocation says “Direct Transfer”, that means that your tokens will be transferred directly by the admin to you. You can click on the “Details” to view information about when your unlock timestamps will happen, as well as a history of past transfers.

Allocations with Tax Withholding

Some allocations are treated as Restricted Token Units (RTUs) — the token equivalent of an RSU. Like an RSU, an RTU is taxable income, so a portion is withheld for taxes before the remaining (net) tokens are transferred to your wallet.
When tokens are withheld due to taxes, the details will show up in the “Details” page for your allocation:
  • The gross (pre-tax) token amount is shown as “Tokens Funded (Gross)”
  • The net (post-tax) token amount is shown as “Tokens Received (Net)”
    • This is the actual amount transferred to your wallet.
The details of the withholding can be seen when viewing the Allocation Details in the “Taxable Distributions” table. This includes information about the exact number of:
  • Price used to calculate gross and net value
  • Gross Tokens
  • Gross Dollar Value
  • Net Tokens
  • Net Dollar Value
  • Withheld Tokens
  • Withheld dollar value.
