How to trigger a claim for a stakeholder

If a stakeholder has trouble claiming, or you want to force someone to receive any unlocked tokens that have not yet been claimed, you can use the Trigger Claim action. This has the exact same effect as if the stakeholder themselves had clicked "Claim" in Magna. The only difference is that you are executing the transaction and paying the gas. But the tokens will go directly from the vesting contract to the recipient's allocation wallet.

Steps to trigger a claim:

1. Go to the allocations tab and click

   1. Click Actions -> Trigger Withdraw, selecting the target allocation.

      
2. Alternatively, open the allocation and click Actions -> Trigger Withdraw directly on the allocation's detail page.

3. Click "Create Withdraw Transaction"

4. Sign the newly-created transaction.

   1. Transaction can be signed with any wallet.
