This page provides a comprehensive view of all token allocations within the company. This is the key interface that provides a filterable view of all allocations.
Allocation Table: Each row represents a unique allocation and displays information such as Allocation ID, Stakeholder Name, Category (e.g., "Employee Grant”, "Uncategorized", or “Investor”), Total Allocation Amount, and percent of tokensFunded, Releasable, and Received.
Add Allocation Button: Initiates a workflow to add new allocations, either individually or in bulk via a CSV template.
Search and Filter Tools: These are available for narrowing down the list based on specific criteria, such as "Category" or "Status." The allocations we see on this screen have statuses including “Pending Airdrop” (meaning tokens have vested and are ready to be sent to those stakeholders, as well as “Missing Wallet” (meaning those stakeholder profiles need to have a wallet address added before tokens can be transferred.
An allocation within Magna represents a grant of tokens to a stakeholder with an associated vesting or unlock schedule. Below is a screenshot of the Allocation Detail Page.
The allocation detail page shows the key information of an allocation:
Status: Below are a list of status options that will appear.
Up To Date: All tokens that are supposed to have been received have been received. There is no action required.
Claim Available: There are tokens available to be claimed from the vesting contract. A “Claim” button will also be present on the page that guides stakeholders through claiming their tokens from the vesting contract.
Pending Airdrop: These are tokens that have vested or unlocked but have yet to be airdropped by the project.
Cancelled: If an allocation has been cancelled by the project. No further tokens are expected to be claimable or airdropped in the future.
Category: Used to group and organize allocations together in the app.
Stakeholder: The stakeholder associated with this allocation.
Allocation Summary: An overview of the total tokens allocated, unlocked, funded, and received by the recipient.
Allocation Timeline: A timeline view that showed the dates of individual unlocks.
Unlock Dates: A tabular view of the individual unlocks.
Unlock Terms: A description of the unlock schedule terms for the allocation in question.
Wallet: The receiving wallet associated with the allocation.
An audit log can be viewed by all administrative users and details any and all actions taken within the platform by both administrative users, stakeholders, and even Magna team members that take actions in response to administrator requests. The audit log tracks any and all actions and changes related to allocations, stakeholders, transactions, wallets, and more.
The “Team” page is where administrative users can be added or removed from your company. These are users that have the ability to see details about all allocations across the company. The current permissions that Magna supports include:
Super Admin: Has the ability to add or remove admins.
Admin: Has the ability to view, add, and edit allocations and stakeholders, as well as initiate transactions.
Viewer: Can only view allocations and stakeholders but cannot add or edit them.
In the future, Magna will be adding further granular roles including a Manager, who can only view allocations for specific stakeholders.
