# How To Upload Your Sheet

Please double check the following for errors before attempting to upload:

* Make sure there are no additional blank columns 
* Make sure your allocation amounts are all correct
* Remove any allocations that have "0" amounts entered
* Make sure you download in CSV format

After your settings and schedules are set up (as instructed in the previous subpages), you can then upload your onboarding file (.CSV format) by using [this guide](https://docs.magna.so/admins/product-guides/how-to-add-and-edit-allocations-stakeholders).

UTC is the default time zone that our app uses for HH:MM in column F, so please convert accordingly.
