Please see this video tutorial on how to edit or delete existing allocations.
If an allocation was already funded, you cannot edit certain information. In these cases, you will need to delete the existing allocation, and then create a new one with the updated details.
Firstly, let's define what the difference between 'Cancel Allocation' vs. 'Delete Allocation' is.
Cancel Allocation: Is an on-chain action. Meaning this will cancel the blockchain contract from dispersing funds to this user. This can be selected in the cases in which you have already funded the allocation(s), and need to stop the allocation(s) from continuing to be funded.
Delete Allocation: Is an off-chain action. Meaning that this is simply deleting the allocation from the Magna UI. This can be selected in the cases in which you have not funded the allocation(s) yet, and simply want to remove it from being funded in the future.
Now that we understand the two options, see the below steps on how to do this:
Go to 'Allocations' tab
Click "Actions" on the top right-hand corner (remember that if your allocation/s were already funded you need to click "cancel" to stop the on-chain contract from continuing to fund)
If you click 'Cancel', you will see a message come up on the top your screen that instructs you to sign for your cancel transaction.
To do this, you must go to your 'Transaction' tab and sign the 'Cancel Distribution' transaction using the same wallet address you used when you originally funded them.
